Itinerary - 8 Nights / 9 Days

Day 1: Day 01: Arrive Delhi
Start of all the Golden Triangle packages is done with the capital city of India, On arrival at Delhi, airport/railway station then transferred to your a pre-booked hotel. You would be spending the rest of the day at relaxation. Besides, Delhi is also known for its vibrant street markets. Feel free to explore them in the evening. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing
The capital city of India, Delhi had been a favorite of many dynasties and rulers in the past. Due to this, the heritage and culture of Delhi have influences of various ethnicities. One part is Old Delhi and the other half is New Delhi. you would be visiting some of the most popular attractions of Old and New Delhi. Old Delhi – you will proceed to visit Jama Masjid ( one of the biggest mosques of India ) will stop for the picture of Red Fort. - Raj Ghat, (Crimination place of Mahatma Gandhi) Situated on the banks of Yamuna River, Raj Ghat is the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. In the center of the complex, lies a black marble platform, which is the actual cremation sight.and will enjoy Bicycle Rickshaw ride at the madness of Chandni Chawk market. New Delhi – Driving past India Gate, parliament house, president’s house and other government buildings on Rajpath, Gurudwara Bangla Sahib (Sikh temple), Lotus Temple( Bahai house of worship) 30th January (Gandhi’s home), Qutub Minar in South Delhi (if time permit) Humayun's tomb (built during Mughal rule) will be an altogether different experience for you. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Delhi – Jaipur (270kms 5 hours)
You would be heading for your onward journey to Jaipur right after you are done with breakfast. 270 Km away from Delhi, Jaipur is the capital and the largest city in Rajasthan. Also called as the Pink City, Jaipur makes headlines for its share of heritage forts and palaces. On reaching Jaipur, you would be transferred to your hotel. You would be spending the rest of the day at relaxation. Visit City Palace exhibiting art pieces and weapons of olden times., Jantar Mantar (UNESCO world heritage site) (the best-preserved astronomical observatory among the four observatories built by Jai Singh II), and Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). Jaipur has many well-known bazaars from where you can buy souvenirs and traditional items. Overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 4: Jaipur
After having breakfast at the hotel in Jaipur embark on a city tour of Jaipur. On the itinerary you will be having Amber Fort (Elephant Ride), Jaigarh Fort, Nahargarh Fort (all three standing on the hills of Aravalli near Jaipur city), astronomical observatory built by Jai Singh II - Jantar Mantar, the Birla planetarium, an important landmark of Jaipur - Hawa Mahal and museum of City Palace. Come back to the hotel after entire day’s tour and spend a relaxing night.

Day 5: Jaipur – Abhaneri –Fatehpur Sikri - Agra (250 kms 5 hours)
Have breakfast at the hotel, all will proceed towards the Mughal dynasty capital - Agra. En Route, visit Abhaneri, which is famous for Chand Baori step-well. it is one of India’s largest and deepest step-wells. On completion of the sightseeing. again proceed to Agra Enroute, stopover at Fatehpur Sikri (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) to see the ruins of a planned Mughal city. deserted city which was founded by the Mughal emperor Akbar in 1569. It is one of the finest preserved collections of Indian Mughal architecture and comprised of many buildings. Buland Darwaza, Sheikh Salim Chishti’s tomb and Jama Masjid are the most important sites of all here. highly popular amongst them is Buland Darwaza, which is titled as the largest gateway in the world. Another majestic creation of the Mughal empire, Buland Darwaza is made up of red sandstone and has pillars and Chhatris at its top. On reaching Agra, relax at the hotel after checking in at the time and spend your night having sweet dreams.

Day 6: Agra – Varanasi (Overnight train)
This day will be marked with a visit to the most famous monument of India i.e., the Taj Mahal. This monument has striking architectural features as Shahjahan wanted to erect a structure that could be perfect evidence of his love for his begum (wife) Mumtaz Mahal. Come to know about more interesting facts associated with the Taj Mahal as you visit here. Also, go to Agra Fort which is a grand fortress of the Mughal dynasty and the tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah. Leave from Agra at noon and board a train that will transfer you to the holy town of Varanasi.

Day 7: Varanasi
Arrive at Varanasi after an overnight train journey and then check in to a hotel so as to spend the day at ease. Varanasi is a sacred town of Hindu Pilgrimage because there are several ghats that Hindus revere as divine blessings of almighty. After wash & change, we will enjoy a day-trip to Sarnath, a religious Buddhist site. In the afternoon city tour of Varanasi covering - Alamgir Mosque or Beni Madhav Ka Darera, Dasaswamedh Ghat and The Bharat Mata Temple. Evening we will visit the banks of Ganges for Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay in the Hotel.

Day 8: Varanasi (Boat Ride / Ganga Aarti)
The day will be begun with an early morning boat ride in river Ganga looking at the beautiful Ghats passing by. The experience will be completely ecstatic as boat’s helm cuts through calm waters of Ganges creating ears pleasing music. Take a holy dip in the water of river Ganga. Stroll around the ghats and visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple - One of the popular and must-visit temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. In the evening witness the Ganga Aarti Ceremony which is performed at the banks of the Ghat. Night stay in Varanasi.

Day 9 :Varanasi– Delhi
Check out of the hotel in Varanasi and fly back to Delhi from where you again board a flight to reach the onward destination. Reach your hometown with worth remembering moments of the nine days spent on the trip.
